Etihad Airways is embarking on a major recruitment drive to seek out new flight service staff.
Recruitment days will take place in 12 cities in Germany, Italy, Japan, Morocco, Tunisia and Abu Dhabi, where applicants will be introduced to the roles of flight attendants, food and beverage managers, and in-flight chefs.
Interested parties can register in advance here, and only the strongest candidates will be invited to attend the recruitment days.
“To support the rapid growth of the airline, we are hosting our recruitment drive in these countries, all strategically important markets for the airline,” said Aubrey Tiedt, Etihad’s vice president of guest services.
“In each city, we will be inviting up to 200 of the strongest candidates with remarkable hospitality skills to join us at the recruitment days. We hope to attract and recruit talented and enthusiastic individuals who are incredibly passionate and dedicated to deliver remarkable hospitality.
“Our cabin crew team hails from more than 115 nationalities and benefits from extensive training and development, with tremendous career opportunities and new life experiences in the UAE,” Ms Tiedt added.
Successful candidates will undergo training in Abu Dhabi before joining the Etihad team. Etihad currently employs more than 4,000 cabin crew worldwide.
