Abu Dhabi is gearing up across segments for the final Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Tickets are fast selling with just less than 2,500 tickets available for sale due to increasing demand.
Nico Rosberg from Brazil with 24 points behind championship leader Lewis Hamilton, took first place.
Al Tareq Al Ameri, CEO of Yas Marina Circuit said: “The ticket allocation for this year’s event is the largest ever with a total capacity of 60,000.”
The event is a mixed feature with not just the racing but also entertainment with DJ Armin Van Buuren, Pharrell Williams and live performers The Who at the after-race concerts. The other celebrities include Tamer Hosny, Carole Samaha, Faiz Al Saeed and Assaf of ‘Arab Idol’ fame.
