The anticipated launch of Qatar Airways’ A380 touchdown in Bangkok slated for January 2015 has been preponed to 5 December 2014. This is a result of increased demand on this route. This will be the airline’s third A380 on the route.
The A380 is operated in a tri-class configuration of eight seats in first, 48 seats in business and 461 seats in economy. A key feature of Qatar Airways’ A380 service is its in-flight Wi-Fi connectivity available across all classes of travel.
The airline has received three of its 13 A380s on order to date.
