An Air India flight was delayed after a fight broke out between the pilot and an engineer in the cockpit. Air India

According to reports, an argument developed over technical issues and the pilot was not satisfied a problem had been resolved.

The dispute quickly escalated leading to the engineer requiring medical attention. .

The pilot allegedly locked himself in the cockpit, delaying the Chennai-Delhi flight AI 143 carrying 142 passengers.

The service resumed three hours later with a new crew on board.
