Parties and activities based on the hit Disney film Frozen are heading to Disney Cruise Line ships this summer.
Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will have a winter wonderland transformation for one day on selected European and Alaskan sailings this summer, with characters Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf to join for meet and greets.
A scavenger hunt will be held as well as a ‘Do You Want to Build a Snowman’ activity, learning the traditional Maypole dance and a menu inspired by Nordic traditions.
Decoration will cover the lobby in the morning then spread to the upper deck in the evening for a party which will include games, sing alongs and dancing.
Three of the film’s most popular songs, ‘Let It Go’, ‘For the First Time in Forever’ and ‘In Summer’ will also appear in the ‘Disney Dreams…An Enchanted Classic’ stage show along with other Disney classics.
The characters will also take a tour of all four Disney ships for photograph opportunities.
Disney Cruise Line has already announced several new excursions in Norway based on the film while further away in Castaway Cay Olaf’s Summertime Freeze bar will be added offering non-alcoholic cocktails.
