In a recent development, union minister for communications and IT, Ravi Shankar Prasad inaugurated a Wifi hotspot at the Taj Mahal, as reported by ANI.

The Wifi hotspot will provide free services for 30 minutes per 24 hours, upto three times a month, which visitors can utilize in multiple sessions. After the limit is exhausted, customers can continue using the service on paid basis.

The inauguration of this event also witnessed the attendance minister of state for HRD Ram Shankar Katheria, BSNL CMD Anupam Shrivastava and BSNL director NK Gupta among other senior officers in the telecom company.
