AccorHotels has launched a new programme at its resorts across Asia Pacific, offering a range of inclusions and rewards for guests.
Under the MyResorts scheme, the company is offering a series of programmes including MyGlass, My Kids, My Connect, My Host and more, providing guests with added extras at its collection of 100+ resorts across Asia Pacific.
“We know that travellers are increasingly looking to have more exclusive experiences and get more for their money when they travel,” said Javier Cedillo-Espin, AccorHotels’ senior vice president of loyalty & guest experience. “MyResorts is our way of recognising and rewarding our loyalty members and ensuring their experience is absolutely the best possible, thanks to a full range of meaningful and tangible benefits.”
Under the My Glass programme, guests will be able to pay a set rate for unlimited soft drinks, juice and water, plus two hours of free-flow house wine and beer (and cocktails in some resorts).
The MyKids offer meanwhile, provides a welcome gift, kids’ meals and all day drinks for children, plus a surprise treat each day, free in-room children’s movies and free activities at the resort’s kids’ club. Again, a set fee is applicable.
In line with this, AccorHotels has increased the number of activities on offer at its kids’ clubs, including more local arts and crafts, treasure hunts, nature trails and tree planting. Children will get a certificate of ownership for their tree.
And members of Le Club, AccorHotels loyalty programme, will receive other inclusions depending on this status level. These include high-speed Wi-Fi for an unlimited number of devices, early check-in and late check-out, upgrades for gold and platinum members, and a dedicated ‘MyHost’ to take care of all guest arrangements during their stay. Platinum members will be able to extend their privileges to a family member or friend staying at the same resort.
AccorHotels has numerous resorts across Asia Pacific, including such popular destinations as Phuket, Bali, Sanya, Fiji and the Gold Coast.
