Qatar Airways supports 2015 IPC Athletics World Championships

In a bid to promote the sporting segment, Qatar Airways recently partnered with the Doha 2015 IPC Athletics World Championships. The airline has come on-board as the official carrier.
The event witnessed attendance from more than 1,300 athletes across 90 countries.
This was the first time that the championships, in which para-athletes competed according to their functional classification in Qatar. The para-athletes, including those that compete in wheelchairs, with prostheses, and visual impairments, participated in events such as the 100 metres, high jump, and other track and field events.
