One of Marriott International’s properties in Bangkok has joined the global fight to prevent the poaching of rhinos.
Led by general manager Supap Sirins, Marriott Executive Apartments Mayfair Bangkok has joined the “Nino the Mad Mad Rhino” campaign, which is aimed at raising awareness and funds for the protection of rhinos around the world.
Through the scheme, guests and members of the public can purchase Nino the Mad Mad Rhino artworks at Marriott Executive Apartments Mayfair Bangkok.
Created by the designers of the Elephant Parade, which is currently on display in Bangkok, the rhinos have been hand-painted by artists. All profits from the sale of the rhinos will be donated to projects accredited by the IUCN and the Rhino TAG.
Those who wish to donate without buying a rhino can do so at www.ninothemadmadrhino.com.
