Gulf Air partakes in WACRA 2015 conference

The Worldwide Airline Customer Relations Association (WACRA) was recently held in Thailand.
The event witnessed participation from over 50 airlines including chairperson and Gulf Air senior manager Customer Experience, Kavita S Al Jassim, along with WACRA board members.
The theme for the conference was ‘service with passion’.
Al Jassim spoke of the importance of redefining relationships with airline customers saying: “Customer care is the heart of an airline business and importance of creating long-lasting positive connections with customers cannot be over-stated.”
The WACRA 2015 conference was attended by the board of directors which includes Dan Thompson from United Airlines, Douglas Stolls from Virgin America, Heidi Gould from Delta Air Lines, Mostafa Karam from Emirates, Neville Gillett from Air New Zealand, Prote Setsuwan from Bangkok Airways and Sami Maenpaa from Finnair.
