Gulf Air is extending its partnership with Google following its sponsorship of Google CSI: (Creative Skills for Innovation) Lab, during GITEX Technology Week.
Google CSI:Lab hosted user-centred classes focused on sophisticated problem-solving techniques that aid in developing an innovative mind-set, teaching people how to tackle complex problems and opportunities while fostering an innovation culture in a work environment.
Gulf Air and Google are now looking to expand their partnership to develop and consider opportunities that will enhance the services offered to the carrier’s passengers.
Dr. Jassim Haji, Gulf Air director information technology, said the carrier “is always open to considering opportunities that can stimulate further innovation and improvement, especially from vendors as renowned and pioneering as Google”.
Michael Korbacher, director Google for Work said innovation “must be at the heart of every business to be able to tackle future business complexities, business model evolutions and the speed of decision-making”.
