China’s Capital Airlines spreads wings from Shenyang

Capital Airlines, which is based in Beijing, has launched a series of new scheduled flights from its new operating base in Shenyang, the capital of northeast China’s Liaoning province.
On 12 March, the carrier started operating new daily flights from Shenyang to Changsha, to Lanzhou via Jinan, and to Nanning via Jinan.
The airline also launched a daily flight to Haikou which operates via Nanchang on four days of the week and via Hefei on the remaining days, plus four weekly flights to Qingdao.
All the new flights will be operated using a 180-seat, all-economy Airbus A320 aircraft.
Capital Airlines is also planning to launch international flights from Shenyang, with services the Japanese hubs of Osaka, Shizuoka and Okinawa due to start in May.
