Celebrity Cruises has announced new onboard programmes for its 2017 European sailings that will delight families and foodies alike.
The cruise line will be introducing its exclusive “Summer Camp at Sea,” on all European sailings, allowing children to enjoy a holiday that moves beyond entertainment to also deliver enriching and inspiring activities. New options include the “Creation Station” programme that allows children to express themselves creatively and the opportunity to put their chef skills to the test with a cooking at sea programme, all ensuring children aged 3-17 have a range of one-of-a-kind educational activities at their fingertips.
The modern luxury brand is bringing local flavours to travellers with its newest culinary programme, a Taste of Europe, which offers complimentary events for adults at sea. These include a cooking demonstration with Celebrity Cruises featured chefs, mixology demonstrations and one of the biggest wine tastings at sea. Exclusive events are also available for an additional fee, including a fresh pasta and mozzarella making class (followed by lunch in Tuscan Grille), and an exclusive five-course tasting dinner with Celebrity Cruises chefs.
Adults looking to indulge in gastronomic delights can partake in the Taste of Europe Premium Package. This luxurious package gives guests a taste of all of the culinary, wine and cocktail indulgences available onboard Celebrity Cruises. From the Chef’s Market Discovery excursion to a “BlendtiqueTM” wine blending class to a Riedel Wine comparison workshop, guests’ taste buds will be pampered throughout their sailing. This paid for package will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy the best of European food and wine both onboard and on-shore.
The Summer Camp at Sea and Taste of Europe programmes will be available on 2017 European itineraries onboard Celebrity Reflection, Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Eclipse and Celebrity Silhouette. In 2017, Celebrity will offer 40 unique itineraries in Europe, 109 Uniquely Celebrity Shore Excursions in the region, and 61 overnight stays in 19 different European cities.
