Any young child will tell you all about the Octonauts however, Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) has taken a number of noughts off their October cruise departures.
Mike Hall, Head of Marketing at CMV said “We are all but sold for this year so it is during the month of October that we have some great fares available to clear the remaining cabins. It could be less expensive than staying at home!”
Sailing from the London Cruise Terminal – Tilbury CMV has three departures all around the £50 a night range on board Magellan. Saturday 1st October the ship sails off for 12 nights to the Baltic cities of Copenhagen, Warnemunde (for visiting Berlin), Tallinn Helsinki and Nynaham for Stockholm, plus the highlight of the cruise overnight in St Petersburg. Fares from only £649pp that is £54pp per night.
On Friday 14th October Magellan again from London – Tilbury, departs together with a number of TV soap stars who will be mingling with guests and talking about their exploits in many of Britain’s best loved soap operas. This cruise heads off down to the Canary Islands and Madeira plus Gibraltar and Lisbon for 15 nights. Lots of exciting places to see and things to do. Fares from £699pp that is less than £50pp per night.
On Saturday 29th October Magellan departs, once more from London –Tilbury, on a 14 night cruise in search of the spectacular natural scene of the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) high up in Norway and within the Arctic circle. On the itinerary are included visits to Honningsvaag, Alta and Tromso, three of the places with the best records of sightings. Fares from £699pp that is £50 per night.
