Banyan Tree has revealed plans to develop its first condominium project in Thailand, under the Angsana brand.

The new beachfront development will rise on the shores of Bang Tao Beach, on Phuket’s popular west coast. It will form part of the Laguna Phuket complex, alongside the Banyan Tree and Angsana resorts.

With only two units per floor, every condo will feature large indoor and outdoor living areas and its own private pool. The total development will cover more than 400 hectares.

“The award-winning team of Banyan Tree designers have created living environments that make the most of panoramic views and ocean breezes and bringing their distinctive flair right through to the finest finishing touches of interior design and luxurious fittings and accessories,” commented Stuart Reading, head of Banyan Tree Group Property.

The development is already proving popular with buyers; over 60% of the first phase has been sold since its launch in late December 2016.
