Over half the places available for Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) ship visits in 2017 on board their ships have been taken up.

The 27 ship familiarisation and training days on board are proving very popular. They are due to take place in a total of nine different regional ports and other ports used by CMV as part of some of their British Isles cruise itineraries. 700 places for travel trade partners had been set up and more than 50% have now been booked. The ship visits include a presentation, refreshments, a five course lunch with wine plus a tour of the ship.

Lisa Jacobs, Head of Trade Sales at CMV said “Among the opportunities for agents are eight visits to see Columbus our latest fleet addition. CMV remain committed to supporting our productive agents with good commission and helpful support which began over seven years ago. Agents support has been great with some dates nearly full.”

CMV plan to make available Columbus, Magellan, Marco Polo & Astoria for the ship visits in London – Tilbury, Bristol – Avonmouth, Belfast, Liverpool, Hull, Greenock, Rosyth, Newcastle Invergordon, Dundee, Newport & Cardiff.

For more details, Travel Partners should visit the ‘Travel Agents’ section of the CMV website.
