Khiri Travel will unveil two new community- and nature-based tours in Thailand and Indonesia at ITB Berlin.
The company is focusing on lesser-known corners of these destinations, while also providing different options depending on budget and interests.
In Thailand, Khiri will introduce its four-day “Hidden Gem: Phitsanulok to Loei & Udon Thani” trip, which includes a bicycle ride to a weaving village, lunch at an eco farm and an overnight stay in a traditional settlement on the banks of the Mekong river, overlooking Laos. Guests who want a bit more luxury have the option of staying in a Thai-style villa with a pool overlooking the Mekong.
And in Indonesia, the company has created a new two-day community-based itinerary in North Lombok. This includes a bicycle ride to a traditional village, the chance to visit a local school, camping on deserted islands and a boat trip to a mangrove conservation area.
Khiri Travel will provide more details of these tours at ITB Berlin, where they are present at Stand 226 in Hall 26B.
