Nobu Hotels, the acclaimed hotel chain formed by the shared vision of a Hollywood icon and a globally recognised chef, has introduced its latest property, Nobu Hotel Miami Beach.

With year-round sunshine and a vibrant ocean vibe, Miami Beach is the perfect spot for Nobu Hotels’ sophisticated clientele. Born following an extensive renovation of a Miami Art Deco landmark by renowned architect David Rockwell, Nobu Hotel Miami Beach is its latest property to hit the scene.

According to the group, the new hotel will be ‘a food lover’s paradise set in a stylish retreat‘. It will combine Japanese refinement with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s expertise in cuisine and the upscale Miami vitality with Robert de Niro’s celebrity influence.

The resort

The resort offers 206 guests suites designed to maximise the light and airy feel of the world-famous beach. From the deluxe doubles to the 223-square-metre Nobu Villas – each suite features natural-edged wood furniture, lantern-style lighting, gold cherry blossoms, washi paper art, and black and white photos of Japanese landscapes.

Also on the property is an exclusive pool for guests, an iconic lobby bar, an impressive 2,000-square-metre spa, fitness centre, and who could miss the Nobu Penthouse, which offers panoramic views of the ocean and the glimmering Miami skyline.

For the gourmet foodie

An ideal destination for foodies, indeed, this is a hotel that takes its food seriously. It begins, of course, with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s eponymous restaurant, where hotel guests have priority for reservations to enjoy some of the world’s best Japanese cuisine in one of Miami’s most sought-after tables.

In addition to this, there are two new restaurants, including the highly acclaimed farm-to-table Californian restaurant concept Malibu Farm, and Playabar, a retro Airstream trailer serving Mexican style cantina bites.

For both indoor and outdoor meetings and events, the hotel’s stylish space makes it ideal for businesses looking for some panache while at work. And for further pampering, a Villa Host is available each day, who can deliver a cold-pressed juice around the pool, organise concert tickets, or schedule a sunrise yoga session.
