AccorHotels has expanded its portfolio in Vietnam with the opening of the new Mercure Hoi An Royal.
Located in the UNESCO-listed town of Hoi An, the newly refurbished hotel offers 96 rooms, including and 14 suites, all of which feature balconies, a flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi.
There is also an all-day dining restaurant, a swimming pool with pool bar, and a function room able to handle up to 25 guests.
“Hoi An has always been a must-go destination for both local and international travellers,” said Patrick Basset, AccorHotels’ chief operating officer for Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and the Philippines.
“The opening of Mercure Hoi An in this historic town adds to the growing network of AccorHotels’ midscale brand that embodies high service standards and warmth.”
Mercure Hoi An Royal becomes AccorHotels’ sixth property in Central Vietnam and its second hotel in Hoi An, following the Hotel Royal Hoi An which forms part of the company’s MGallery Collection.
