Advantage Travel Partnership has revealed a new five-year development plan aiming to predominantly boost the benefits to its members.
The Vision 2020 plan will look to increase the value of member benefits to £25, 850 a year with a tailored consultancy service if requested.
The consortia will also aim to grow membership particularly through Advantage Managed Services (AMS) as it looks to introduce business and homeworking schemes to the arm.
A ‘robust’ tour operating capability and full-service air product and fulfilment facility are also in the pipeline.
Plans also include seeking more ways to provide commercial benefits; helping members to retain and attract customers and to develop its technology including the Advantage Travel Gateway.
“We are committed to taking the business forward in an ambitious and dynamic manner, continuing to be a leader in the travel industry and demonstrating improved value to our members,” said Julia Lo Bue-Said, managing director at Advantage. “Our role is not only to deliver relevant products and services but to provide members with leadership concepts into new markets; adapting to changes in consumer behaviour driven primarily by a significant generational change we are experiencing. Only by engaging with members can we ensure we stay at the forefront of their business needs.”
