Marriott International’s distinctive Autograph Collection, welcomed five African Pride Hotels to its growing global portfolio, marking the brand’s debut in South Africa.

A land of diversity and cultural experiences, South Africa has long been part of Marriott International’s global expansion strategy. With a total of 54 properties – from Cape Town to Johannesburg – Marriott is further capitalising on the Republic’s economic growth.

Adding 5 more properties, the hotel chain welcomed: African Pride Melrose Arch Hotel; African Pride 15 on Orange Hotel; African Pride Mount Grace Country House & Spa; African Pride Irene Country Lodge; and Arabella Hotel & Spa, Arabella Country Estate.

Situated in South Africa’s largest city, Johannesburg, the African Pride Melrose Arch Hotel is a 188-room residential hotel.
