Air China has launched the first ever non-stop between Chongqing and Dubai.
The new service commenced on 2 April and will run three times a week using a 251-seat, two-class Airbus A330 aircraft. Flights depart Chongqing’s Jiangbei International Airport every Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 1840, arriving at Dubai International airport at 2215. The return flight will leave Dubai every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at 0010 and get back into Chongqing at 1130.
The route will expand Dubai’s links with southwest China; Sichuan Airlines currently links the UAE city with Chengdu, and China Eastern Airlines flies to Dubai from Kunming.
