Air India sets date for Delhi-Birmingham

Air India has announced the launch of new flights between Amritsar-Delhi -Birmingham from 1 August 2013.
The new flight will operate on the Amritsar-Delhi-Birmingham-Delhi-Amritsar route with Boeing 787 Dreamliner on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The flight from Amritsar will leave at 1030 hours, reaching Delhi at 1150 hours. The onward journey will continue from Delhi at 1330 hours and arrive into Birmingham at 1800 hours. On the return leg, the flight AI-114 will take off from Birmingham at 2130 hours and reach Delhi the next day at 1005 hours. Continuing further, the flight will leave for Amritsar at 1205 hours and arrive in Amritsar at 1305 hours.
Air India currently operates 21 flights to London per week, seven on the Mumbai-London sector and 14 on the Delhi-London sector
