AirAsia, which flies to numerous destinations across India, has unveiled a new website, AirMosphere.net, designed to help lovers of travel share the travel information they have collected without limitation.
“AirMosphere.net is a place for sharing all kinds of travel information and is open to casual travelers as well as bloggers,” explained Mr. Santisuk Klongchaiya, director of commercial for Thai AirAsia.
“Anyone can come to the site to search for information as well as share their own experiences. The site adds to space travel gurus and bloggers can use to connect with their followers.”
The airline’s content & social media manager, Mr. Nethin Chaleewan, described AirMosphere.net as a “hub for information for people who like to travel on their own”.
“It lets them explore a range of new destinations that go beyond even AirAsia and AirAsia X’s networks. The site is open to all kinds of travel and allows anyone to post their experiences through a user-friendly interface,” he said.
Users can present their information in three ways; for writers the website offers a description function with an easy photo insert option; for photographers the site allows for entire photo essays to be posted; while travellers with a love of postcards can also use them to detail their journey.
Users will also be able to search for information on AirMosphere.net by typing in a location, topic, travel style, travel period, budget or even amount of companions with relevant information to be returned for quick and easy browsing.
Making searches even easier, AirMosphere.net divides travellers into eight styles; The Budget Traveller, The Photographer, The Cultural Traveller, The Adventurer, The Food Lover, The Chill and Relaxer, The Shopaholic and The Party Goer.
