In a bid to boost its tourist numbers from Russia and CIS countries, a sales team from the Ajman Palace Hotel and Coral Beach Resort Sharjah will participate in OTDYKH Leisure.

This is a four-day international autumn trade fair for leisure travel. Laurent A Voivenel, CEO of HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings, said: “Russia is one of the fastest growing tourism markets in the world with over 19 million outbound travellers per year, and top producer for our flagship hotels in Northern Emirates. Business from the CIS is once again picking up and we feel the need to tap into this growth.”

The event is expected to attract this year over 68000 visitors during four days and on-site there will be 1236 exhibitors from 94 countries and Russian regions.
