World famous French chef Alain Ducasse has opened a new restaurant at the InterContinental Hong Kong.
Rech by Alain Ducasse, which becomes the first international outpost of the Parisian seafood restaurant, is located in the space previous occupied by the Spoon restaurant. Rech was founded in 1925 by Adrien Rech and relaunched by Ducasse in 2007.
The menu will feature a selection of seafood, including French oysters and whole fish, as well as cheeses and desserts. The restaurant will also offer a “Best of Rech” Sunday lunch menu.
“We are delighted to continue our long-term partnership with Alain Ducasse Entreprise and to bring the first Rech restaurant outside of Paris to InterContinental Hong Kong,” said InterContinental Hong Kong’s general manager, Claus Pedersen.
Rech will be headed up by executive chef Stéphane Gortina.
