Japan’s ANA has signed a new agreement that will expand its route map in Europe.
The airline has partnered with LOT Polish Airlines, its fellow Star Alliance member, to offer Japanese passengers a series of new one-stop travel options between Japan and several key European cities, via Warsaw.
Under the codeshare arrangement, ANA will place its flight numbers of LOT’s services connecting Warsaw with Frankfurt, Munich, Paris and London Heathrow. In return, LOT will codeshare on ANA’s services connecting Tokyo Narita with Sapporo, Sendai and Fukuoka.
LOT currently flies its Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft between Warsaw and Narita, with ANA also codesharing on these services.
