Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort has revealed its revamped over water suites.
The 40 suites come in a range of options, including 19 Sunset Over Water Suites, 15 Sunrise Over Water Suites and six Over Water Pool Suites. All units provide 132m² of space and feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, private sun terraces and wooden decks that lead straight to the water.
Following the renovation, the suites now include free-standing bathtubs, indoor rain showers, outdoor showers, iPod docking stations and Nespresso coffee machines.
Guests in the six Over Water Pool Suites also have access to their own private 15m² infinity pool.
“The new renovation blends innovative design with the authentic luxury our guests are used to,” said the resort’s general manager, Coetzer Deysel. “The viewing panels in the bathroom floor provide a window to the wealth of marine life native to the Maldives.”
Spread across 20,000m² in the South Male Atoll, Anantara Dhigu comprises a total of 110 villas and suites.
