Bahrain Air launches flights to Khartoum and Beirut

Bahrain Air will operate direct flights to Khartoum and Beirut from Dammam, KFIA (King Fahad International Airport). The inaugural flight to Khartoum from the airlines’ second hub in Dammam, King Fahd International Airport took off on June 13th and the first flight to Beirut takes off on June 20th, 2012.
Bahrain Air’s managing director Captain Ibrahim ALHamer said: “The Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is a very important market for us as we start flying out of Dammam.”
Bahrain Air will operate three flights a week to Khartoum International Airport on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday departing from KFIA, Dammam. While for Beirut, the airline will operate four flights a week on Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday departing from KFIA, Dammam. The routes will be operated with Airbus A320/A319 aircraft.
