Boutique Hospitality Management Asia (BHMAsia) has signed its first property in Phuket – the Rawai Grand House.
Located in the southern Rawai-Nai Harn area of the island, overlooking Prom Thep Cape, the boutique property features 27 rooms, including eight suites and three pool villas. Otter facilities include Turquoise Restaurant & Bar, which offers poolside dining, plus a sauna, swimming pool, gym and in-room spa and massage services.
“We see a lot of opportunity [in Phuket] and I am very happy to welcome Rawai Grand House onboard,” said Anthony McDonald, CEO of BHMAsia. “The immediate plan is to give the resort a revamp for the fresh look to be ready for the high season.”
BHMAsia will take care of the resort’s sales and marketing, human resources and business development from its head office in Bangkok.
Rawai Grand House becomes the company’s first hotel in Phuket, but its fourth in Thailand, joining existing locations in Koh Samui, Chiang Mai and Kui Buri, near Hua Hin. BHMAsia also plans to open a new property on the eastern island of Koh Kood in 2014.
