bmi regional has confirmed it will launch its latest route to the French city of Nantes on 4 July.
France’s sixth-largest city and the gateway to the Loire region will be served twice-weekly by bmi regional from Bristol Airport, with fares from £79pp including 20kg checked baggage and at seat full bar and snack service.
The launch of the service is ideally timed for one of the city’s most popular events. During July and August, visitors can explore an artistic and poetic trail in the city: the six mile-long Voyage à Nantes Art Trail, which has 30 stops along the way, is filled with both temporary and permanent artworks.
Paul Sies, bmi regional chief commercial officer said: “We’re thrilled to add Nantes to our expanding network and open up the Loire Valley region to travellers from the South West this summer. With our excellent punctuality record, generous checked baggage allowance and full at-seat bar and snack service, the Nantes service offers excellent value for money.”
