Cathay Pacific reconfigures Delhi flights

Cathay Pacific will introduce Business and Premium Economy cabins on its Delhi-Hong Kong route.
Starting 29 October, Cathay Pacific aircraft operating between the two cities will feature a three-class configuration – new Business class, Premium Economy Class and the new long-haul Economy class seats.
The airline’s Business class cabin allows passengers to control their degree of privacy and openness. The new Premium Economy class offers more space than the traditional Economy class with between 26 and 34 seats per aircraft. The seat pitch is 38 inches, six inches more than Economy class and offers a large meal table, cocktail table, footrest, a 10.6 inch personal television and an in-seat power outlet, a multi-port connector for personal devices and extra personal stowage space.
“At Cathay Pacific, we always do our best to make our customers feel special. India is a growing market for luxury travel and our new three-class product will provide our passengers here with the ultimate travel experience,” said Tom Wright, Cathay Pacific’s General Manager for South Asia, Middle East and Africa.
The airline will also commence four weekly flights to Hyderabad starting 1 December 2012.
