Centara launches villa resort in Bali

Thai hotel group, Centara, opened its first five-star villa resort in Bali Thursday.
Centara Grand Villas Nusa Dua Bali boasts 14 independent pool villas set in an extensive garden area offering a choice of one, two or three bedrooms. Each villa features marble floors, teak and rosewood furnishings, and a private swimming pool complete with large sundeck.
The Long Table restaurant offers 24-hour dining and a range of Asia cuisines, and Ru Yi is a specialist Chinese restaurant.
The resort also features a bar, a swimming pool, the executive club lounge, spa and fitness centre, meeting rooms, and a Chrysler limousine service. There is also a complimentary shuttle that takes guests to Nusa Dua Beach, a few minutes away, where the resort has its own Beach Club,.
Centara’s first resort in Bali was Centra Taum Seminyak Bali, which is part of the company’s Centra value brand and opened in 2012, while the recently announced Centara Crystal On The Bay Nusa Dua, which is part of the core four-star brand, is due to open in December of this year.
To date, the company has 47 deluxe and first-class properties in Thailand, and a further 21 resorts in Maldives, Vietnam, Bali, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Ethiopia, Qatar, Laos and Oman, which brings the present total to 68 properties.
