Centara opens fifth Phuket property

Centara Hotels & Resorts has officially opened its fifth property on the holiday Island of Phuket. Centara Sawaddi Patong Resort, formerly Best Western Sawaddi Patong Hotel, joined the group’s expanding network on 1 June, giving Centara the largest presence of any hotel chain in Phuket’s main tourist hub, Patong. The four-star resort will undergo some upgrades, including a guest room reconfiguration to add Centara’s family room concepts. Other facilities will include a resort style pool, sun terraces, pool bar, restaurants and a Spa Cenvaree.
