Chatrium Hotels & Residences has unveiled its latest property in Bangkok, the Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18.
Scheduled to open on August 15, 2014, this midscale hotel is located just off Sukhumvit Road, in the centre of the Thai capital, and offers 129 rooms, ranging from studios, to one- and two-bedroom suites with kitchens. The property also features a fitness centre, rooftop plunge pool and putting green, plus a restaurant, bar, and self-service launderette.
“We are delighted to open our fifth property in Bangkok under the Chatrium Group,” said Savitri Ramyarupa, managing director of Chatrium Hotels & Residences. “The concept of Maitria Hotel is to deliver an urban-influenced, modern hotel which allows guests to discover the city at an affordable price.

With its prime location and unique style, the property will help to satisfy the demand for both business and leisure travellers, while featuring all of the Chatrium brand’s eco-friendly amenities and remarkable services,” he added.
The Maitria Hotel becomes Chatrium’s sixth property, including five in Bangkok and one in Yangon.
