CLIA has announced the first speakers for its Selling Cruise Conference later this year.
Twenty-year-old ‘Young Travel Agent of the Year’ Daniel Radnor will present at the two-day event sharing his experience as the owner of LoveItBookIt.com.
Carnival UK’s chief commercial officer Gerard Tempest and Norwegian Cruise Line’s vice president of sales and marketing Andy Stuart will also speak at the conference about learning from other sectors and the view from North America respectively.
“We are delighted that Gerard, Andy and Daniel will be joining us at this year’s conference. They will each bring their own unique perspective on the cruise industry with their presentations being of particular interest to customer-facing agents,” said CLIA UK & Ireland director Andy Harmer.
The conference will take place in Southampton from 22-23 May with ship visits to include Queen May 2, Queen Victoria, Adventure of the Seas, Ruby Princess, MSC Opera and Celebrity Eclipse.
