Cox & Kings and Holidaybreak Group have expanded its management team as it plots its future growth.
C&K director Ajit Menon has been made deputy CEO of Holidaybreak after previously handling the group’s financial strategy.
The new team also includes ex-GTA and Kuoni Patrick Richards as chief operating officer and Chris Fraser, who has moved from wholesaler Hotel Connect to join as vice president.
Laura Capraro has also joined the team as manager of service contracting and Aanchal Jain has been named as senior research executive.
The new team has been announced as the recently-merged group begins to implement its future strategies as one entity.
“I’m proud that the integrated Cox and Kings/Holidaybreak group now stands as a global force in the travel sector. We have dedicated the last 18 months to creating the strategic direction for our Holidaybreak acquisition,” said the group’s CEO Peter Kerkar.
“Now, we believe that there are further opportunities for greater coordination in our buying and selling propositions, both of which will generate extra value,” he added.
