Disney unveils new Alaska excursions

Disney Cruise Line has introduced new shore excursions in Alaska ahead of its three-month season in the region.
The cruise line has been working with local tour operators to create family-friendly excursions with when Disney Wonder sails from the area, with many offering different activities for children and adults in the same location.
In Skagway passengers will have the chance to visit the Liarsville Gold Rush Trail Camp with entertainment from sourdoughs and dance hall girls and a puppet show all inspired by the deal os the Klondike gold rush.
Guests will also have the chance to board a vintage railroad car in Skagway up the White Pass and Yukon Route with stories, a guide and champagne for adults.
Excursions in Juneau include the ‘Glacier Dog Musher for a Day’ experience including a helicopter flight; a Helicopter Glacier Trek just for teens and a visit to the Taku Glacier Lodge with a floatplane journey included.
Other excursions include a visit to an Alaskan fish camp; Bering Sea Crab Fishermen’s Tour and visits to Potlatch Park and Annette Island in Ketchikan.
Disney Wonder will start its Alaska season on 24 May.
