Rotana recently announced the launch of a new five-star hotel and serviced apartment project in Dubai.
An agreement was signed between Nasser Al Nowais, chairman of Rotana, and HE Mohamed Khalifa Bin Yousef Al Suwaidi.
The new hotel will be Rotana’s 16th property in Dubai and 35th in the UAE. This will add a total of 598 keys to the group’s existing 13,678–strong room count across the region. The combined inventory for Rotana properties in Dubai currently stands at 3,988 keys.
Nasser Al Nowais said: “With Dubai’s hospitality sector projected to maintain its growth momentum across various segments, we were keen to launch a premium hotel in the city. The property will provide a new level of luxury and comfort to guests.”
