Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) has opened a new property in Chiang Mai designed specifically for long-stay guests.

The new Eastin Tan Chiang Mai is located close to Nimanhemin Road, an area of the Thai city popular with international visitors. It features a collection of rooms ranging from 34 to 96m² and all featuring separate dining areas and kitchenettes, washing machines, refrigerators, housekeeping services and free Wi-Fi.

There are also family floors that feature a playroom for children.

Other facilities at the property include a swimming pool with steam and sauna rooms, fitness centre, an American restaurant designed to resemble a 1920s railway station, and a lobby lounge.

This four-star property becomes the fifth Eastin-branded property in Thailand, joining the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok, Eastin Hotel Makkasan Bangkok, Eastin Yama Hotel Phuket and Eastin Easy Siam Piman. Other hotels are currently open in Vietnam, India and Oman, and AHS plans to launch Indonesia’s first Eastin in Bali later this year.
