Asturias is the ideal escape for couples that love nature, sports and majestic sites. The capital of the Asturias, Oviedo, is known for it’s gorgeous pre Romanesque architecture, thriving local food culture, and medieval historical sites. It’s not only one of the most clean and picturesque cities in Europe, but it’s also full of natural beauty, covered with green parks and landscapes.

The Balkans are making a big splash in 2017,with Tbilisi on the top of the list. Tbilisi, although a former part of the USSR, is very different than most communist era cities. Tbilisi’s wine scene has garnered attention for its burgeoning wine scene, offering over 500 grape varieties that date back 7,000 years.
Often times Malaysia’s neighboring countries get a lot of attention, but for a true romantic escape in 2017,i s the island of Langkawi. Langkawi is an ideal getaway because it combines luxury and provinciality beautifully. The endless pristine beaches and the ancient rainforest teaming with a wondrous array of wildlife makes you feel like you’ve found a true getaway that fairytales are made of.
When people think of romantic European cities, often Paris, Rome, and Florence come to mind, however Bologna is the gem of Italy that is often overlooked. This quaint Italian city is located in the state of Emilia Romagna, which has arguably the richest Italian gastronomic culture. The city center is lit by unassuming strings of light at night and the cobbled roads are sprinkled with sweet tratorias that create the scene for a perfect romantic experience. The Torre Prendiparte Inn in the center of the city offers a tower suite, complete with rooftop views and private dining options.
