Emirates rolls out exclusive Champagne

In a recent development, luxury will be at its peak as Emirates’ has announced its intent to serve the recently released Dom Pérignon Vintage 2005, and the Dom Pérignon Vintage Rosé 2003 in its first class.
The exclusive champagne will be launched across different routes, including the Hong Kong to Dubai route. The airline will also introduce a pairing menu developed by chefs in collaboration with the culinary team at Dom Pérignon.
The Champagne pairing menu consists of six canapés. Some of which are canapés of Cured duck with saffron poached peach; Walnut baguette with Persian feta cheese, fresh fig, and truffle infused honey, and, Wild smoked salmon, lemon and cumin cream cheese on Norlander Bread. These are on flights from Dubai.
For passengers travelling to Dubai, the menu comprises of Charcoal cracker topped with ash goat’s Cheese and quince jelly, Teriyaki-marinated duck breast with a curried apricot and apple chutney, and finally, mixed sesame coated tuna with wasabi mayonnaise.
