Cebu Pacific Air is planning to hire 100 new flight attendants to staff its expanding fleet of aircraft.

To fill the vacancies, the low-cost carrier will host recruitment events in nine cities across the Philippines in the coming weeks.

The campaign will kick off in Boracay and Davao on 30 May, before moving to Iloilo and Zamboanga (6 June), Dumaguete and General Santos (13 June), Legazpi and Bacolod (20 June) and Manila (27 June).

The airline said it is seeking both male and female candidates between the ages of 18 and 25.

“We will be going to key cities all over the Philippines in search of fun and dynamic individuals who can be part of the Cebu Pacific family. As we expand in Asia, the Pacific and the Middle East, we look forward to providing more career opportunities,” said Cebu Pacific’s vice president of marketing & distribution, Candice Iyog.

“We encourage everyone to join us in providing high-quality service all over the world,” she added.

The recruitment drive comes during a period of rapid expansion for Cebu Pacific; between 2015 and 2021, the LCC is planning to take delivery of 37 new aircraft.
