The Fern Residency Chandigarh is targeting the growing MICE and corporate business in the region. 
The midscale, three-star property, with 34 rooms and suites, is focussing on the business potential from the states of Haryana and Punjab.
The hotel offers two Fern suites, six Fern Club rooms and 26 Fern Green rooms, all with plush decor and high end facilities. Other facilities include a bar – 30:60, a multi-cuisine fine dine restaurant Hot Flavours, Chat 24 – a conference hall, with all modern equipment, while conference and banqueting facilities for up to 125 are available.
