Stay on a ship during Olympics
Dertour is offering travel agents the chance to stay on ‘MS Deutschland’ when it is docked in London during the Olympic games. A selected number of cabins have been left available for agents to stay on the ship between 26 July and 13 August while it is situated in London’s West India dock. Agents can stay for £49 per person per night.
Virgin Holidays Cruises’ anti-APD
Virgin Holidays Cruises has been included under Virgin Atlantic’s scheme to pay APD for its customers. The no APD offer applies to all holidays using Virgin Atlantic routes on all departure dates and cabin grades on bookings made until 23 July 2012. An example 14-night Mexico stay/cruise/stay holiday starts from £1, 418 per person, taking off the £162 discount. Departing 10 November 2012, the holiday includes full-board basis and flights from Gatwick.

Flybe offers 10% discount
Flybe is to celebrate its tenth anniversary in its new business model by offering 10% off all bookings made before midnight on 25 July. The discount covers travel through to 25 October on several popular routes including Scottish airports, Belfast City, Birmingham, Exeter, Gatwick, Southampton, Amsterdam and Paris CDG.
UIA’s sale
Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) has released sale fares for bookings and travel until 20 December 2012. Its London to Kiev routes start from £150 one-way in the sale and £214 return, with connections onto Odessa, Lvov, Donetsk and destinations across Ukraine, CIS, Asia and the Middle East.
Centara’s wedding packages
Centara Hotels & Resorts has launched a new range of wedding packages. Prices start from £305 for packages at select resort properties in Krabi, Samui, Phuket and Trat with the option for Thai or Western ceremonies. Packages include the wedding ceremony, venue decoration, bouquet, buttonhole, sparkling wine, a romantic dinner for two and some will offer in-room breakfast. Additional options available.
