Frasers Hospitality, the serviced apartment operator, has added its third property in Bangkok.
North Park Place, a 105-unit serviced residence, opened recently within the city’s Rajpruek Golf Club. It offers a selection of one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments with kitchens, free Wi-Fi and views of the golf course.
Guests can also access the facilities of the golf club, including meeting rooms, a business centre, Olympic-sized swimming pool, fitness centre, sports courts and golf simulators.
“The launch of North Park Place is testament to Frasers Hospitality’s dedication to expanding in markets where there is continued demand for a greater variety of accommodation options,” said Choe Peng Sum, CEO of Frasers Hospitality. “As we continue to grow and strengthen our foothold in Thailand, we recognise that our brands and product offerings need to offer differentiated travel experiences for today’s travellers.”
North Park Place joins the company’s two existing Bangkok properties: Fraser Suites Sukhumvit and Modena by Fraser Bangkok, which opened its doors last month.
