Frasers Hospitality has announced that it will now offer complimentary Wi-Fi at all its serviced residences around the world.
Guests at Frasers properties will be offered unlimited internet access in rooms and all public areas. Customers travelling without their computers or mobile devices will also be able to access the internet at iMac workstations in each property.
“The comfort and convenience of our residents is at the heart of everything we do. Knowing how being connected online is so critical to their daily lives, making complimentary high-speed internet access available as one of the value-add amenities… was therefore important to complete their whole experience of staying with us,” said Frasers’ CEO, Choe Peng Sum.
Frasers Hospitality currently has a portfolio of 77 properties either operational or in the pipeline, in 41 cities worldwide. It becomes the latest in a series of accommodation providers to offer free Wi-Fi to its guests; Best Western and Shangri-La both offer unlimited free Wi-Fi, while IHG recently announced plans to offer the service to members of its loyalty programme.
