Cruisers in England’s east are welcoming the news that Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines will introduce its first season of ex-UK cruises aboard Black Watch from the Essex port of Harwich.
Starting from spring 2013, Black watch will offer three cruises from Harwich International Port in May 2013 to the Baltic, Norway and Lapland, through the Gulf of Bothnia and a mini –cruise in June 2013. The three cruises range from 3 to 17-nights.
Fred. Olsen has also welcomed this week’s government announcement of its intention to lift the restrictions that prevented Liverpool’s Pier Head Terminal from being used for turnaround calls and no doubt this week’s announcement will see the line utilise the new terminal in its future plans.
