Louvre Hotels has continued its Indonesian expansion with the signing of an agreement to manage a new Golden Tulip hotel in Bali.
The Tamansari Jineng Condotel, which is located on Kuta’s Sunset Road, will now be rebranded as the Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali.
Opening in the first quarter of 2016, it will offer 189 rooms and suites, two restaurants, a lounge, spa, gym, yoga studios, a kids’ club and swimming pools with an underwater sound system. The property will also feature function space for weddings and events.
“We are very pleased to enter into this agreement for the management of Golden Tulip Jineng as it will have a very special position in Bali,” said Mark Van Ogtrop, Louvre’s managing director for Southeast Asia.
“It promises to be a leading hotel on the Sunset Road and will really stand out among the other properties in the area. The design and facilities are unique and specially developed in order to offer a quite different experience to hotel guests and a very nice local design which surely will be very well received in Bali.”
Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali will become Louvre’s 12th Indonesian hotel.
