Swissport employees based at Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester and Stansted have voted in favour of strike action over pay conditions.
The ground handling staff have voted in favour by 94% for industrial action claiming their wages are not enough to sustain high living costs.
The dispute centres around a pay freeze Swissport implemented between April 2012 and October 2013, with the workers now urging a change in their position on wages.
The company is meeting with trade union Unite today in an attempt to come to an agreement.
